I am Inspector of Police. On the 4th instant at 10 a.m.
I was informed that the deceased had out his throat in bar-
racks. I went to the deceased's bed room which is on the
3rd floor of the Central Police Barracks. I found P.C. A.
152 Hollande and P.C. A.129 Bilborough holding a towel round

ped. immediately sent for Dr. Mc.Kenny and kept the band-
